E-suits
E-suits (Hard or soft for vacuum?) posted in Equipment, Cybertech and Weapons forum comment posted by uncle_jimbo I wonder if the author of an adventure had some of the same concerns I had at the time? Lines of development are a bit interesting. It won't suit my purpose to give some antagonists powered armour (which would be much like zero-G body tanks in our terms). They seem to be equipped with what
Star Wars RCR core rules have called armoured spacesuits, with slightly better protection but more restriction than medium battle armour. This is a development with availability of better materials.

I've described something
close from, as far as I remember, some other sources and ideas of my own. That would be the PL 6-ish version of the above, still available from several manufacturers, with stats following attack armour, without the included systems, also Military availability in its time, standard cost of maybe $$3,000 and a bit heavier.
