Has anyone run a one-on-one game?

I recently saw a post of someone looking for a GM for a solo game, and it got me thinking. Has anyone played a Paranoia game with just one player and the GM? My husband and I have played one-on-one games of the Star Wars rpg, but I thought one of the biggest things that makes Paranoia what it is is the interpersonal conflict.

So, has anyone ever played a one-on-one game, and if so, how did you handle it?

What do y'all think about Treason Stars?

A couple of weeks ago, I ran Critical System Patch in person, and it felt great! But today, I realized I forgot all about Treason Stars in that season! We never missed it, so now I'm wondering what other Paranoia players do with it.

Do y'all like Treason Stars? Did anyone use a different system like the old Commendation point thing?

PARANOIA Novellas, written for National Novel Generation Month

"National Novel Generation Month" is a competition where you write a program that can write a novel (defined as text containing 50,000 words or more). It's pretty easy to write such an algorithm (just write a program to print "meow" 50,000 times), but trying to write an algorithm that produces interesting stories...or even a fully human-readable one...that's the challenge.

I generally participate in this contest, because it gives me good coding practice. Though I haven't produced a fully human-readable novel, I have successfully created novellas. Two of my entries are essentially PARANOIA fan-fics. I guess in the future, I could generate a third story, and thus create a trilogy, but if that's going to happen, I need to come up with a more interesting idea that hasn't already been covered by these two fanfics.

The first story, called The Track Method, after the algorithm I used to write it, is about a RED Troubleshooter who works for two secret societies and The Computer. There is a Mongoose Publishing thread about it, as well. The text is slightly old-fashioned, because of the corpus I used. 13,606 words.
The second story, called The Computer Crashes, is about a VIOLET Troubleshooter who works for FCCC-P, and her adventures in trying to save the complex by building an 'artificial general intelligence'. I also just made a Mongoose Publishing thread about it as well. Text here is slightly more modern, but to use this semi-modern corpus, I had to license the novella under CC-BY-SA. 11,995 words.

These fanfics exist in separate continuities and cover different themes, but both tends to reflect STRAIGHT interpretations of the complex.

Previously, I posted a thread about a computer-generated novella I written. Later on, I posted another novella, but forgot to cross-post it here. The two novellas are in different continuities, but probably share the same sort of general theme and "STRAIGHT-style" writing.

Stupid question, but not all Troubleshooter are red right? I mean they can get promoted to higher clearance and still be troubleshooters?
