There's probably nothing particularly sensitive to find, except some guns whose licenses might arguably not be in order. I'll say this is a more or less neutral encounter with the security division: Ordinary success takes a few hours.

I'm not entirely satisfied with procedures for running a revolution, but should have an answer for present purposes. The revolutionary government takes its lead from the Kroot Temples, specifically the War Eagle Temple. They've proclaimed the authority of the shamans (Law Level 1, only because I didn't allow it lower). They've been highly successful, controlling all districts of Baby's surface, the port and missile satellites, the workers' district and port on the moon Bowl, with the previous government holed up in Bowl's tourist district. Given an almost complete takeover, they must have captured the orbital defences early and may have started there,
