I thought it was a pile of gibberish and the light bulb hit- one possible location for the demonic realm is cyberspace. Demons make no more sense than complex software after all.
(Considering some programming is done with genetic algorithms, that is becoming more true.)
Anyways, this allows for other forms of demonic summoning and manipulation, one just needs a new programming skill, one that includes glyphs as well as numbers and letters. Creating your own demons may use something like the tulpa rules in Mindwalking.
Now consider all the malware out there and how it could be considered demonic as well...
