Cecil has enough memory slots to run
veterinary medicine 4 along with Medical Science skills, or
veterinary medicine 1 alongside Life Science-
genetics.
Dark.Matter doesn't say, but I think it follows, that the Cloning, Eugenic Engineering and Retrogenetic Engineering rank benefits should use at least some of the listed modifiers for Medical Science. The droid won't be making political speeches at the same time though, unfortunately.
Unspent skill points should allow adding a chosen
xenomedicine specialty, as the GM needs for the plot.
