Carrins are masters at memetic warfare but have some gaps- they have little understanding of plants, androids, and aliens.
The heroes are tasked with collecting individuals (no, not specimens) of these species and take them back to the labs where the research continues into mass manipulation.
The heroes have been outside of the nation several times, so it won't but a major culture shock, but they still have to hide their origins and reasons for exploring the outer world.
This isn't an easy snatch and grab either. Pick the wrong person and earn the ire of the Created, the Green Millennium, or alien based alliances. Study of potential targets, their friends and allies, and their innate might are important for the grab and the report.
