The thing to remember is that it is the technology that allows for posthumans to exist in the first place, and it could depend on just what technology (or technologies) are used to achieve it.
Those that went the cybernetic route are obviously a little bit more direct in their use of technology, and how it impacts their daily lives.
Biological and genetic manipulation technologies are probably less direct in terms of every-day life, but that may be more that they are less obvious (improved immunities and healing, for example, can be very important, but it may not be thought about as much).
Of course, it would also help to contemplate the definitions of some of these ideas and just what the implications are. After all, it is hard to define what a cyborg is without catching a huge swath of the current population in it.
