| I just meant that it is supposed to be biotech that acts like a mechanical construct. |
Maybe we should start a thread in the tech forum to discuss the differences between them?
As for today's ideas:
- Some organisms turn to water upon death.
- Their fiery counterparts have embers rise and form the nuclei of glowing rain.
- Psychological impacts of architecture could be very important in a setting, both as an attractant and repellent. The Iron Society and Zoopremists would be the experts in this field, esp repellents. No matter what, these buildings look weird to everyone.
- One formula adds a DNA lock to a physical lock. That means anyone not of a specific bloodline can not open the door even if they have the physical key.
- One Ancient drug meant to cure depression has partially decayed. It still works but also turns the patient strongly magnetic.
- All sheep can be commanded to find (specific) buried objects or materials. They don't dig, they just point and wait for someone/thing else to start the excavation.
