Although only half a dozen permanent colonies exist outside the Inner Sphere, the Oceanic Union has claimed most of the planetless and utterly useless M-class stars in the volume of Known space. In terms of number of star systems claimed, it is by far the largest power, though these claims are usually ignored and not shown on political maps.

The Independent Antarctic States are considered experts in hostile environment colonisation and deep space exploration.

That's an educator, I was writing about the psientist, the people who study and develop new applications for psi. For all that is written for the psientist and psi tech in Mindwalking there isn't anything about the possibilities of what they might discover (for the former) or invent (for the latter).

Teach-Mindwalker teaching is a valid skill (PHB pages 95-96), but there should be a way to systematise and develop what is taught - testing for psionic abilities, too.

I think this was the biggest failing of Mindwalking. It has the psientist career and yet no actual support for the study and expansion of psi skills.

Scientific study of the biological and quantum-physical basis of psionic abilities and the range of possible applications of the psionic faculty falls under Medical Science-psionic science, a form of medical knowledge.

This seems to come up from time to time, for example, in Traveller materials. It might have similar uses to other knowledge and science skills. The GMG, page 122, might give some guidance.
