It's pretty marginal, something like a bigger Fastmax. I think I could justify a cost of $10M as its best quality and like the Small Craft, there could be local uses (largely in one to two adjacent systems) where it becomes helpful to fransport significant, but not super-freighter grade, loads within 10 light-years, or within a star system.
Is there something a bit bigger and uglier than a Scow, but more mobile than a "platform"? "Tub" seems less specific. Interestingly, an
Egyptian boat was just what I thought of (specifically, the oversized ones used to carry obelisks and other massive pieces of stone down the Nile and later over to Rome) but an unpropelled craft wouldn't be right. Hmm,
