Preet can remark that laser SMGs aren't too hard to acquire and outrange those nasty autoflechette guns. Who's licensed to use them? Probably people trained with them on a Willpower check .. well, that's worrying. Not that it will stop a player group. They can also get some handsome and practical coats, keeping a couple of spares not needed by people who already have armour.
