I thought this was about The Rock's new historical film about the Hawaiian conflicts that lead to unification of the islands.
Not so much apparently. I wonder where the dinosaurs came from? |
Well, in the novels it is based on, a group of Russians were performing experiments that resulted in basically time portals that connected to the Cretaceous period, and the dinosaurs came from there.
Given
the species list released into the valley, it would need to be multiple portals connected to a wide variety of locals, and would actually need to range into the Jurassic given the presence of Cryolophosaurus.
I will say the book is different, as it didn't originally include the Spinosaurus, and it instead had a crocodilian from the same time period, and the book is also part of a series, and this movie seems to be based on the first book only, so we will see what happens.
