Mutations

This is a series of mutations where the mutant can create temporary squares or circles of force for walking on.
At the Ordinary level the steps can hold the mutant and gear up to their encumbrance limit. The steps can be created no more than one meter from each other and the initial one must be within one meter from the ground (thereafter they can go as high as the mutant is willing to walk). These steps last for a phase after the mutant has stepped off them.
At the Good level the steps are strong enough to hold three times the mutant's mass plus encumbrance level. They are also wide enough to hold up to three mutant-sized beings. The ranges and duration are triple that of the Ordinary steps.
At the Amazing level the steps become Automatic (the mutant does not have to concentrate on making them), will appear to prevent the mutant from falling, have slightly raised edges to prevent things from falling off them, can carry ten times the mutant's mass plus encumbrance limit, and are large enough for 10 mutant-sized beings.
