Flesh Fields are places where a combination of biotech and nanotech has blanketed the land with living tissue. There is a reference to this in Beyond the Horizon, but otherwise has not been done in GW. Such places will have significant parasite populations, though which type depends if the flesh is flora or fauna in origin.

Glass Pits are places where there were multiple kinetic strikes and all the geology fused into glass. What life is there is all based on those organisms with the Altered Structural Element (silicon) mutation. There are very few that can cross the biochemical barrier and thus little migration in and out of the Pits.

Duralloy Roads seem like an odd place for a creature to inhabit, but they do have unique physical traits, mostly relating to how indestructible they are as well as thermal conductivity, that requires complex changes in the life that does inhabit them for the entirety or majority of their lifecycles. Burrowers are never found here, so all life has to sit on the road or build nests and roosts on the metal surface. Erosion is different as the roads do not break down but are slick enough to allow everything on them to be blown or washed away sooner or later. In some places the roads may form the floors of slot canyons as soil and rock do not accumulate on their surfaces.
As I said, it is an odd place to live.

Psionic Fields are ephemeral, but depending on the species producing the field, these may have life spans much like undersea vents. In other words months to decades. Organisms that depend on the field are much like plants, in other words, they do not harm the source of psionic energy but simply use what is emitted to create sugars and protein.

The transmat network allows access to many pre Cataclysm habitats that are now accessible to and from Gamma Terra, allowing mutant life to colonize them. One is the organic seas of Titan. This moon of Saturn is a place where there was no native life, just what the Ancients created to colonize it. Now they and the descendants of mutants that arrived post Cataclysm, are a minor danger to the peoples of Gamma Terra- their biochemistry and extreme flammability make them toxic and explosive in an oxygen atmosphere...
