In other words, the body is controlled by the primary mind, but it can't stop the secondary from attacking anyone it wants with telepathic, empathic, and telekinetic powers.

Psionic twins in one community can conjure objects from other realities, but only by unbalancing the universe they live in. The larger the item, the more likely a tangent outpocket will form.

One body tank's AI is a real joker, playing pranks on everyone it encounters. The only time it is serious is when it sees a crime being committed and then it insists that its wearer enforce the law. Which laws, or if those laws ever really existed, is the question.

An android, be it hero or SCM, has a secret compartment they don't know about. It contains the holy grail of communication artifacts, a device that can break any encryption. It will be found only if that character suffers Mortal Damage.

A group of medical explorers are searching for ephemeral rain flora, plants that grow in rain and set seed and die within a few minutes after it ending. Not an easy task, but the rewards may be worth it if they can find the right genome to sequence or drug to analyze wheile the plant lives.
