- Sustenance. Inhale and don't need to eat for a year.
- Sea Form. Inhale and reincarnate into a marine creature. (Returning to your original form requires some other source of magic.)
- Sky Speaking. It is used as a component for spells to communicate with aliens.
- Blasted Rock. A reagent for volcanic alchemy.
- Truthseeking. It detects falsehoods, including those that are written.
Become Nexus is one of those rare spells that kills the caster. They become a genus locus or some other form of magical location.
Elementals can create spawn, those creatures with the elemental templates, by first sampling a living being and then "birthing" one or more young spawn. These are not the duplicates that deepspawn create, these are entirely new individuals.

A caged daisy/candle/clock- why? What horrors might those contain? Or is it a mind trap meant to screw with the players?
The thrones of the animal lords can be used as whetstones, imparting a little of their power into the tool or weapon.
Some kings have tables that are aquariums filled with advisor fish. They can read and assist in decisions of statecraft.
