Mutant Crawl Classics
Mutant Crawl Classics posted in Gamma World forum comment posted by derek_holland More really odd growths:
- 1/3rd sized duplicates (from the waist up) of the artifact wielder sticking out of the ground. They bow and moan when the wielder approaches them.
- Snow globes of pre-Cataclysm locations.
- A dozen clocks, each displaying a different time. If collected, each clock changes the time it displays depending on its latitude, possibly leading the heroes to new adventures in places where the time is correct.
- Robotic-looking steel sculptures of dinosaurs, each holding a metal flower. The petals make excellent sling ammo.
- Wooden planks covered with plans to make different artifacts. If used, the devices turn out to be non-functional. It will take some serious know-how to make them work.
- Plastic fractal housecats. These are mesmerizing for some- so many kitties.
- Rule books for games that have a mechanic similar but more complex than rock-paper-scissors. If the GM can get the players to perform some of these actions, everyone earns an additional AP.
- Nearby metal objects shed coins with the face of the artifact wielder on them. This weakens the object as it loses mass. This does not affect duralloy and similar super-materials.
- Eggs that hatch into tarot, astrological, or similar new age symbols. They then fly around the artifact and vanish a day later.
- Squeaky toys that drive arks crazy with joy and badders mad with rage. The GM will need to decide how other animal people react to the squeaks.
