10 years later they discover that Lorien only introduced the
local First Ones to the B5 crew. There are thousands more in the galaxy, far beyond the ranges of Earth's ships. These aliens wonder why the Vorlons vanished, take a look around at the current crop of primitive space dwellers and then return home.
50 years later the first of a few aggressive species makes their move. The Vorlons and a couple of the other First Ones kept them at bay. Not any more. These aren't interested in warfare, control or even communication. They just want to dismantle gas giants and take the mass back home. This will obviously cause some issues for systems that lose such planets.
100-500 years later some other First Ones appear and start to carve the place up much like Europe and Africa. Many people lament the loss of the Vorlons and start to curse the name Sheridan. That he saved them from extinction doesn't seem to occur to these dingbats. The most worrying of the lot are those who claimed the Centauri- they made the entire population vanish to who knows where (uploading, uplifting, experimentation- pick your poison).
Without a decent write up of the new First Ones and their effects on the former League and other worlds, it is hard to think of what comes next. I doubt much of it would be pretty.
